I felt relief when I came out of the sessions that I had got things out in the open and it was as if I had put down a weight and could breathe again.


Your way of being, careful listening and sensitivity helped me gain insight and come to terms with what had happened to me and my life.


Therapy was not easy, but we worked out how my discomfort related to my anxiety. Leanne was warm and made me feel comfortable and it felt more natural to share my feelings. Although it was complicated work, it was very enriching. My world has opened up and I feel there are more possibilities – I feel more hopeful.


Trust has always been difficult for me – I definitely came to trust Leanne and was able to explore issues which have been present all my adult life for the first time.


I feel so much better – less stressed and anxious.
